Your Physio

Hi, I’m Conor O’Shea, a fully insured HCPC registered UK Physiotherapist. I graduated with a First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from the Netherlands in 2021 and since then I have combined my passion for physiotherapy with my love of the mountains. I have worked across the NHS in Scotland, England, and the Isle of Man, taking on senior roles in MSK, orthopaedics, and neurological rehabilitation.I am also a ski instructor in Gudauri, which gives me a unique perspective on winter sports. I understand the movements, techniques and common injuries associated with skiing and snowboarding allowing me to design treatment and prevention programs specifically for winter sports enthusiasts. Whether you are recovering from an injury, easing sore or stiff muscles, managing fatigue after a long day on the slopes I can help you stay strong, mobile and ready to enjoy the mountains.Staying active and connected to the outdoor lifestyle is a big part of who I am and it is something I share with many of my clients.
